Job Summary:

As Veo’s part-time Brand Ambassador, you will represent Veo in the community and help us build awareness and grow ridership. This is a great role for people who are passionate about building more sustainable communities, creating positive customer experiences, love micromobility, and want to see the direct results of their work. Your impact will be measured by increased ridership and customer awareness.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Distributing and delivering marketing materials directly to customers
• Engage with customers in the field and gather feedback to share with our Operations Team
• Represent the voice of the Veo brand throughout the community
• 75% of time will be spent on marketing/running events; 25% of time will be spent engaging riders and doing fieldwork
• Initiate key direct marketing activities and promotional events
• Attend city events and networking with businesses and organizations to promote the Veo brand and to increase ridership
