Actively run projects with discipline and urgency
Within assigned workstreams, prioritize opportunities aligned with business goals
Define the customer and business problems to solve
Lead teams through figuring out the best solutions given time and resource constraints
Document business cases to articulate how proposed work achieves business goals
Create strong partnerships across the business
Measure the work's impact to ensure we deliver the expected outcomes

You care deeply about the customer
You use data to inform decision-making
You thrive in organizing chaos and aligning people to get work done
You can effectively partner with engineers and business stakeholders
You can do the math to understand if the proposed work will work for the business
You lead through influence and collaboration
You employ a problem-solver mentality
You evangelize solutions, clarify problems to solve, and provide supporting data

You are experienced in project management – and have taken projects from concept to launch
You are experienced in working with engineering teams and speak their language (actual engineering experience or training preferred)
You are motivated by impact, exposure to many challenges, and winning with the team
You love operating with autonomy and working through ambiguity
You have 5+ years of experience and are ready for your next challenge
Some Product Management experience preferred, not required
