Responsibilities

• Design
• Lead end-to-end design projects, from research insights to usable, high-quality user interfaces.
• Collaborate with team members in an iterative, transparent, and feedback-driven process.
• Test and validate solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Speak the same language with engineers to ensure design implementation.
• Work with product managers and marketing to ensure solutions are aligned with strategy.
• Personal
• Own complex projects while being comfortable with ambiguity and changes. Make strategic decisions in close collaboration with the team.
• Influence the impact and quality of the work from your peers through transparent feedback.
• Seek professional and personal growth. Bring new knowledge to the team.

Qualifications

• Design
• Excellent skills in both UI (interaction, visual) and UX (user research, analysis, information architecture, wireframing).
• A portfolio and a case study demonstrating applied research methods, design output with high attention to detail, and measured outcomes.
• Proficiency designing for responsive web, as well as native mobile platforms.
• Personal
• 8+ years experience shipping complex B2B products, or large-scale consumer products.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product/product marketing management).
• Ability to clearly express ideas verbally, in writing, and through prototyping.
• Ability to both provide and receive design criticism constructively, and appreciation for its importance within the design process.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Highly curious individual.
• Technical
• High proficiency working in Figma and prototyping methods.
• Experience building and working with design systems.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JS, and how modern web & mobile applications are built.
• Bonus
• Experience designing banking/ financial products is a plus
• UX Writing is a plus
