About the Role

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about helping ship high-quality, production-ready products. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the QA process for our Product Team. You should have experience with documenting feature specs, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure our product meets customer expectations and a high-quality bar.

Responsibilities

• Performing manual testing of new products and features
• Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to scope out new features and prepare test plans
• Working on and improving the QA process
• Understanding the needs of our stakeholders to help improve the end-user experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional QA experience
• Dedication to building a great product and polished user experiences
• You are detail-oriented and apply that focus to test-case design, tracking, and implementation
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern JavaScript and best practices
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
