  • Host local market group trainings based on business needs and to support new product launches
  • Review district and store-level reporting and partner with internal teams and retailer corporate leadership to determine performance gaps that can be resolved through additional training, sales contests, content creation by market
  • Oversee any needed agency support staff to continuously train, maintain visual merchandising, drive sales results, and execute impactful brand events in partnership with retail partners
  • Through regular in store visits provide detailed feedback to internal teams on successes and challenges for training, product sales, marketing and visual merchandising

What You'll Bring:

  • A strong knowledge of retail training, retail marketing, merchandising, and event planning
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail/wholesale training, building and deploying successful sales and training programs at retail
