Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, with a particular focus on supporting our growth stage and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles within startup environments and possess strong expertise in financial management, fundraising, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, including fundraising efforts, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and direction to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive decision-making processes through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and treasury functions to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Drive fundraising activities, including preparing financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to support fundraising efforts and strategic partnerships.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a focus on startups and growth-stage companies.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from venture capital firms, angel investors, and other sources.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, GAAP principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
