We are looking for a talented and creative to join our fast-paced, fun and creative marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, be adept at creating advertising assets, and have experience in the e-commerce/CPG industry. You will:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design advertising assets for digital media, including but not limited to display ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Be comfortable creating basic landing pages for advertising the Little Spoon brand

• Be well versed in optimizing existing design/creative materials for various marketing channels, maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

• Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the e-commerce/CPG industry, incorporating fresh ideas into projects.

• Work with the marketing team to ensure visual/graphic elements align with the brand’s messaging and marketing objectives.

• Provide support in maintaining and organizing the digital asset library.

You have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the e-commerce/CPG space.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page development.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.

• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior is a plus.
