Justpoint uses AI models to discover products and events causing public harm and acts to (1) prevent further injuries and (2) compensate already harmed individuals. We achieve this using machine learning models trained on millions of medical and legal data points to parse medical records and make public health trend insights. With these insights, we identify causes of harm and initiate market-changing litigation in a fraction of the time historical mass torts have taken to be recognized, preventing unnecessary harm. This role focuses on building new lead acquisition channels for victims of these harmful products.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels, targeting B2C audiences.
- Perform market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop an understanding of our target audience.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals and ensure a consistent brand message across all touchpoints.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for growth.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.
Previous Experience & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital growth marketing, preferably in a consumer-focused online business.
- Proven success in driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for a high-growth startup.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
