  • Manage photoshoot pre-production, ensuring availability of samples and props, sourcing locations, managing movers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating travel for all teams
  • Manage post-production timeline, communicating key delivery dates to relevant team members
  • Manage edits and color-matching for all product imagery, working closely with the Design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with designs
  • Prepare images for website, including cropping, sizing, and naming
  • Oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of all creative assets, ensuring accessibility and consistency across all platforms
  • Manage the timelines and approval process for 3D rendering platform, ensuring the Design team accurately provides product specifications and reviews details of 3D models
  • On-set, ensure that every detail is flawlessly executed – from samples being steamed and photo-ready to having the right props and equipment on-hand to execute every single shot
  • Maintain organization and tracking of Marketing’s styling closet as well as incoming photoshoot samples from Design
  • Research new geographies and create detailed itineraries (including booking travel)
  • Roll up your sleeves and fill in gaps when needed

Who you are:

  • BA or higher degree with 2 years of experience managing photoshoots & digital assets
  • Past projects with travel coordination, event management, and/or photo/video production

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage against tight timelines
  • Previous experience with Asana, Google Docs, Dropbox, Brandfolder, and other project management tools is a plus
  • Solutions-oriented, thoughtful and diligent - bonus points for a sense of humor
