As a Product Manager at GRIN, you will lead ideation, design, development, and launch of a set of features and products throughout the GRIN platform. Product Managers at GRIN balance strategy and execution, and succeed by collaborating with partners across Product Design, Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing to make the most impactful decisions that help our customers succeed in Creator Management. They also use data to inform strategy and gauge product success.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide product features from initial concept to market launch.
  • Understand our customers, their journey through the product and build for their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, strategize to execute these changes, and partner with business stakeholders across GRIN to implement solutions for our customers and take them to market successfully.
  • Exercise a data driven and user-focused approach to product development.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach, proactive communication, transparency, and the ability to quickly inform, influence and gain alignment across functions and organizations.
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities in frameworks, processes and usage of internal tools, and provide a positive impact in efficiency of operations in all aspects of the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Prior SaaS experience is required
  • PM experience in a growth stage startup is preferred
  • Ability to improve pod efficiency and partner with engineering leadership to create high performing, outcome-focused pods.
  • Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric business outcomes.
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision and roadmaps.
GRIN is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Final compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience as it relates to the role.
United States Annual Base Salary Range
$120,000$130,000 USD
