Description

The Growth Marketer role is at the intersection of Marketing and Technology. You are the “engine” that distributes our marketing “fuel” and your work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. We are looking for an exceptional individual to manage our Growth Marketing efforts and develop overarching growth strategies centered around lead generation. You will be responsible for overseeing & implementing the operational execution, and owning performance campaigns across channels such as organic, paid, and email focused on improving KPIs like SEO, CRO, lead-gen, customer acquisition, etc.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between our various marketing tooling for end-to-end funnel analysis. This individual will work closely with business partners across Product Marketing, Brand & Content Marketing, Product, and Design to set and exceed growth targets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations:

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Inbound Marketing:

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Create and optimize content for various stages of the buyer's journey, including blogs, landing pages, and gated assets.
  • Monitor and analyze inbound marketing performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Lifecycle/Email Campaigns:

  • Plan, develop, and execute lifecycle and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
  • A/B test email content, subject lines, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze email campaign results and provide insights for future improvements.

Paid Advertising:

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with campaign objectives and target audience.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.

Demand Generation:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Create and manage content for lead generation, including eBooks, webinars, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.
  • Track and analyze demand generation performance to identify areas for improvement.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts.
  • Create personalized marketing campaigns and content tailored to the needs and interests of target accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales to align ABM efforts and ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of ABM initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through marketing operations, inbound marketing, and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle/email campaigns, paid advertising, and ABM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Google Analytics, Customer.io, marketing automation platforms).

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
